​Matt Augustus was born in Cleveland OH in 1983. Graduating from Muskingum University in 2007 with a degree in Business, he started his Real Estate career in Boston, MA in 2010, selling and leasing high-end homes in the Boston area.

 

Matt moved to Charleston SC in 2013 and has been working with buyers, sellers and investors ever since. He has worked exclusively with Carolina One Real Estate as a Realtor since moving to Charleston. 

 

He owns several rental investment homes of his own in Charleston area. He lives in West Ashley with his wife, Kate Augustus and daughter, Evelyn. In his free time, Matt enjoys aviation, boating, off-shore fishing, craft beer, great food, cooking, and traveling.
